It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

SHIPPING & TAXES

Free standard shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous united states. Low cost shipping options available for all other regions. Products are delivered with a confirmation number everywhere in the world. 

Prices do not include taxes and duties where applicable. Orders are shipped from Corona Del Mar, California as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 days, but may take up to 7 business days after order is placed and payment is received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. Some items, especially pre-order items, may take up to 3 weeks to ship depending on availability and production time. You will receive an email from pam@nakedspecies.com when your order has been confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that international shipments are subject to additional customs and duties fees based on the retail value of the item shipped. Naked Species does not include this in the cost of shipping and does not have control over the importing process and therefore not responsible for delays or additional fees that may occur.  

URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES DUE TO NEWLY IMPOSED 2019 FOREIGN TAX TARIFF :

We are doing our best to inform our customers of the potential of higher duties and taxes in many territories due to the newly imposed tax and customs tariff increase for 2019. Therefore, when ordering merchandise from Naked Species ( or any US based online store for that matter) for international deliveries you may be subject to newly imposed  higher import duties and/or taxes by your local authority. Naked Species is not responsible for any charges that are incurred in your local region for customs/duties and fees. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Naked Species cannot predict the value or amount of these charges as we receive no financial benefit nor have any authority in or over the laws of your local region or country. For additional information regarding custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. 

Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. Naked Species is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Naked Species is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay such duties or tax fees. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy here at NakedSpecies.com. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

This also means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All returns are only available by mail. We will send you a shipping label to make this process simple for you.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you are returning and requesting a refund due to something that is our fault such as the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, then we will be happy to replace or exchange at no cost to you.
