Our Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy here at NakeddSpecies.com. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
This also means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returns are only available by mail. We will send you a shipping label to make this process simple for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are returning and requesting a refund due to something that is our fault such as the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, then we will be happy to replace or exchange at no cost to you.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can review the problem and make it right at no cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exceptions may also include last chance or clearance items, although if these items are non-returnable this will be clearly stated on the product page.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have bought using the return process explained here and once your return is accepted, make another purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you have the two refund options to choose from below.
Shipping Charge on Returning Items
We charge a $9.99 return shipping fee.
This fee will not be applied to if-
- You choose to return your item(s) for store credit.
- You are shipping back a returned item due to something that is our fault such as the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Method of Refund
NakedSpecies.com offers two refund options one your refund has been approved.
- You can choose to return your item(s) for store credit, and we give you free return shipping.
This store credit can be used immediately or in the future for all items on our NakedSpeces.com store.
- You can choose to return your item(s) for a refund to your original payment method and pay a $9.99 return shipping fee. This $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
